Lumber Liquidators founder Tom Sullivan has placed his 122.5-acre ranch in Tennessee on the market, listing it for $34.8 million. The property is situated approximately 25 miles from Nashville in the village of Leiper’s Fork. According to Jamie Parsons, the listing agent from Compass, if the property sells for near this asking price, it will set a record for the village.
The ranch reflects Sullivan’s background in the wood flooring business, featuring a variety of unique wooden installations. Among these are olive flooring, handrails, a cherry-blossom chandelier, and wall coverings created from reclaimed lumber scraps.
The decision to sell comes as Sullivan seeks to downsize. The listing has generated interest in the local real estate market, particularly due to its high asking price and distinctive design elements.
The property listing aims to attract buyers looking for a substantial estate near Nashville, a region known for its blend of rustic charm and proximity to urban amenities.
