Relationship
Contributors participate as independent content providers under the applicable subscription plan. Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, or guaranteed income.
Content Rights
Contributors represent that submitted work is original or properly licensed. The final agreement should define the license Credible News receives to edit, publish, display, distribute, promote, archive, and syndicate accepted work, including whether the license is exclusive or non-exclusive and its duration.
Editorial Control
Credible News retains final editorial discretion, including the right to edit, reject, delay, update, correct, label, or remove content.
Revenue Share
The agreement should incorporate published revenue-share rules, eligibility requirements, attribution, payout timing, tax-document requirements, and fraud protections.
Contributor Conduct
Contributors must follow editorial standards, community rules, copyright requirements, disclosure rules, and applicable law.
Termination
Credible News should reserve the right to suspend or terminate contributor access for serious or repeated violations. The final agreement should state what happens to published content and unpaid eligible earnings after termination.

Publication, traffic, distribution, promotion, revenue, and earnings are not guaranteed.
