Renaissance Hotels is launching an innovative series of beverage rituals across Asia Pacific, excluding China, as part of the brand’s reimagined Evenings at Renaissance initiative. The new offerings, crafted in collaboration with Indonesian bartender Demitria “Demi” Dana Paramita, integrate local ingredients and cultural traditions to create unique experiences celebrating each destination’s character.
The collection will debut during the Renaissance Day of Discovery 2026, an annual celebration scheduled from October through November. This year’s theme, “Layers of Discovery,” encourages guests at participating hotels to engage with their surroundings through Navigator-led activities, collaborations with local artisans, and immersive experiences.
“At Renaissance Hotels, we believe the most memorable discoveries happen when guests connect with the character of a destination in unexpected ways,” said Cristiano Rinaldi, Chief Lodging Product & Services Officer for Marriott International in Asia Pacific, excluding China. He emphasized that the evolution of Evenings at Renaissance aims to bring local narratives to life through the flavors and traditions surrounding each location.
A key element of the new collection includes beverage rituals that provide a space for guests to connect and share experiences as day transitions to night. For this initiative, Renaissance Hotels has appointed Demi as their first Beverage Rituals Ambassador. Her extensive background in Southeast Asia’s bar scene informs the distinct offerings, which highlight local flavors and customs.
Some standout creations include “Blooming Flower,” an interactive floral punch featuring a unique citrus jelly, and “The Night Market,” a vibrant drink inspired by the bustling atmosphere of neighborhoods at night. Another notable beverage, “Silk Road,” combines tea, saffron, and spices to honor the diversity of culinary traditions.
Evenings at Renaissance will extend beyond the Day of Discovery, allowing guests to continue sampling the new creations. Signature drinks such as “Tropical Silk” and “Remedy” will be available, further encouraging exploration of local tastes and traditions.
