MCALESTER, OK — Lelantos Holdings, Inc. has launched the fifth edition of its Building Airtopia series, unveiling Airtopia Tahlequah, the Company’s first location designed entirely around its proven operational standards. Positioned in a repurposed former cinema, the park aims to enhance guest experiences through a comprehensive approach implemented from the ground up.
Airtopia Tahlequah: A New Direction for Family Entertainment
The Tahlequah location opened in 2026 and has already demonstrated significant revenue potential, generating approximately $309,735 through June 30, 2026, during its initial phase. Current projections for the third quarter of 2026 estimate revenue at around $300,000, with a full-year estimate of approximately $1.0 million.
Airtopia’s success in Tahlequah is not solely measured by revenue. Management emphasizes leadership strength, guest experience consistency, and durability as key metrics for future park openings. The park was developed by applying lessons learned from previous Airtopia locations in San Antonio, Owasso, and Hemet, focusing on creating a seamless guest experience and operational workflow.
Felix Waller, the Founder and CEO of Airtopia Adventure Parks, highlighted the unique opportunity that Tahlequah represents. “We did not have to begin with someone else’s systems and slowly replace them. We had the opportunity to begin with our culture, our standards, our training, and our vision already in place,” he stated, underscoring the importance of a solid foundation in creating a successful business model.
Tahlequah’s opening incorporated insights gained from earlier parks regarding hiring practices, guest communication, safety protocols, and overall business operations. The management approach relies heavily on local General Managers, who are supported by central resources, technology, and executive guidance.
The Tahlequah park is viewed not only as a business venture but also as a community investment. It aims to increase access to all-ages entertainment, facilitate family gatherings, and foster community connections through various events and services.
As the location continues to build awareness and improve its operational performance, Airtopia plans to utilize the insights gathered from Tahlequah to refine future new park openings within its growing network throughout California, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Why It Matters
Airtopia Tahlequah exemplifies the potential for innovative family entertainment models while reinforcing the significance of operational excellence and leadership. By transforming a former cinema into a dedicated family entertainment venue, Lelantos Holdings aims to create new opportunities for community engagement and long-term business sustainability as it seeks to expand its presence in the industry.
