All In FutureTech Alliance Inc. (Nasdaq: AIFA) held its first annual conference on October 4, 2026, at its Las Vegas venue, where Chairman Shanglong Li detailed the company’s strategic focus and recent advancements in product development. During his keynote address, Li emphasized AIFA’s direction in artificial intelligence (AI) applications, specifically in the education sector.
Li stated that AIFA will not compete in semiconductor development or foundational AI model creation. Instead, the company aims to create unique AI applications based on proprietary data, established audience trust, and various distribution channels. “We are not here to tell stories about AI. We are here to build with AI,” Li said, reflecting the company’s hands-on approach to innovation.
AIFA’s strategy encompasses four main areas: AI-enabled content, AI-enabled education, investment and research, and global business services. Currently, its primary focus is on education, which serves as the launching point for applying its AI capabilities. The company may eventually explore other sectors, including financial services, healthcare, and local services.
Product Updates
During the conference, AIFA provided an update on two products in development:
- CreateAgent: This tool supports content creators and business teams by aiding in topic selection, script drafting, and evaluation. CreateAgent is not only utilized internally but is also being tested by external users, particularly in real estate and insurance.
- Teach OS: Designed for educators and training providers, this AI-enabled operating system features six modules focusing on various aspects of educational service delivery. Currently, the customer acquisition and course creation modules are operational, with plans for a near-term formal launch.
AIFA is also advancing its efforts in developing an AI education certification standard. Collaborating with Professor John Li from Stanford University, the company has prepared a white paper centered on three key criteria—using AI, teaching AI, and delivering work with AI—which is set for publication next month.
Looking ahead, AIFA plans to establish its Las Vegas venue as a year-round hub for technology brands aiming to enter the U.S. market, collaborating with the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce and BayPort Digital Hub. The company will showcase products and facilitate industry connections during CES 2027.
In early 2027, AIFA will also host “The Next Generation AI Education Forum” in Irvine, California, and a “Global IP Conference” that will address intellectual property and business opportunities in the content creation sector.
Finally, AIFA is considering potential candidates for board and advisory roles, focusing on individuals with expertise in AI, healthcare, and technology. The company stated it will make necessary disclosures to the SEC and Nasdaq as appointments are finalized.
