Jaya, known as “Asia’s Queen of Soul,” will perform tonight at Hotel Topeka at City Center in a concert celebrating Filipino Heritage Month. The event, organized by Kansas-based Pearl of the Orient Events LLC, features Jaya, a veteran Filipino singer recognized for her contributions to the music industry.
