The Kansas City Chiefs have expressed interest in Tyreek Hill as they navigate recent injuries in their wide receiving corps. Mike Silver of The Athletic reported that the team reached out to Hill’s agent on Sunday.
This outreach follows injuries sustained by Chiefs wide receivers Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton during Kansas City’s victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. Thornton is dealing with a long-term ankle injury, while Rice’s hamstring issue has left his status uncertain.
Should Hill, who is currently recovering from a knee injury, return to form, he could serve as a valuable replacement for the deep-threat capabilities typically provided by Thornton.
