Darling, an Italian beauty brand established in 2018 with a focus on suncare, reported a 60% increase in sales for 2025. This growth is largely attributed to the company’s international expansion, e-commerce initiatives, and partnerships within the luxury hospitality sector, which contributed 10% to last year’s turnover.
Currently operating in 25 countries, Darling generates 67% of its revenue from markets outside Italy. The brand has strengthened its presence in key markets such as the United Kingdom, Germany, and Austria, while planning to expand into new regions over the next three years. Targeted areas for growth include the Baltic and Nordic countries, the Middle East, and the United States.
“2025 represented a major acceleration for Darling and confirmed the strength of the brand’s international growth strategy,” remarked Alberto Giacobazzi, co-founder of Darling. “The growth we are building is driven not only by entering new markets, but also by our ability to strengthen our presence in strategic ones, develop new channels, and continue to invest in product innovation.”
Looking ahead to 2026, the brand aims to further enhance its international footprint while remaining committed to its core values and product philosophy. “We are continuing along this trajectory, with the ambition of building an ever more international and widespread presence,” Giacobazzi added.
In addition to its geographical expansion, Darling is increasing its product offerings. By the end of October, the brand will expand its Multi-Biotics Bodycare line with two new items: Multi-Biotics Body Butter and Multi-Biotics Hand Cream. Furthermore, Darling has launched into the fragrance market with its Scent-Me Hair & Body Fragrance Mist, aiming to broaden its beauty product assortment.
