A luxury estate in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic, has been listed for $35.9 million. Known as Villa Farallón, the sprawling property spans 37,598 square feet and is perched on a cliff overlooking the sea in Punta Águila. Originally constructed in 2021 as a private family home, it includes 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.
The estate’s design, created by Dominican architect Arturo Despradel, involved over three years of work and approximately 130 skilled craftsmen. It features materials such as reinforced concrete and impact-resistant windows, along with deep roof overhangs that aid ventilation. Nearly every room offers views of the gardens or ocean.
Inside, the residence boasts six suites, three kitchens, and a formal dining room featuring a table over 200 years old. Among its noteworthy features is a primary suite that covers more than 4,000 square feet, which includes a private gym, sauna, spa-style bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the water. A second primary suite on the lower level opens directly to the garden and pool.
The villa is equipped with extensive entertainment amenities, including a screening room, billiards lounge, and a fully soundproofed nightclub complete with a DJ booth and VIP area. Outside, a heated saltwater infinity pool and a 16-seat jacuzzi provide luxurious relaxation options, while a covered terrace includes an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven and a fire pit.
The property’s furnishings, finishes, and artwork were personally curated by the owner, and many of these items will be included in the sale, along with kitchenware, electronics, linens, and two golf carts. The estate’s staff of 12 may also remain with potential new owners.
Previously, Villa Farallón was listed for $45 million in 2023 and has also served as a vacation rental, with nightly rates starting at around $12,300. Megan Probst of Compass is handling the current listing.
