Hyatt is set to open Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana, an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, on March 1, 2027.
The new resort will feature all-suite accommodations with views of the Cap Cana Marina, along with four restaurants, two swimming pools, and direct access to the beach. It aims to provide a wellness-focused experience and will not be accepting bookings until a later date.
Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana will be located in a gated community, providing guests with easy access to the waterfront, marina, and local dining options. The resort’s design incorporates natural materials, and all suites will include spacious balconies or private terraces that overlook either the gardens, the Caribbean Sea, or the marina.
The accommodations will range from junior suites to a lavish Presidential Suite, which Hyatt describes as a three-space unit. Guests can expect views of either the harbor or lush landscaping, making room selection pivotal for those interested in the scenic aspects of their stay.
Dining options will include Raíz, an all-day beach bistro serving a mix of international and locally-sourced dishes. In addition to the resort’s restaurants, the nearby marina offers further dining choices, although those will require separate payments.
The wellness amenities at Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana will include a dedicated spa offering hydrotherapy experiences, along with two swimming pools. The resort emphasizes personalized service and aims to create a tranquil environment for guests to relax and rejuvenate.
For those interested in outdoor activities, the Cap Cana area features a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, Punta Espada, as well as attractions such as Scape Park, El Dorado Water Park, and Los Establos equestrian center, offering guests various options for day excursions beyond the resort.
As Hyatt continues to expand its all-inclusive portfolio in the Caribbean, Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana is poised to be a noteworthy addition, combining a beach setting with accessible nightlife and dining.
