TOKYO, Nov. 6, 2026 — ANDPAD Inc., based in Minato City, Tokyo, has been honored as one of the top 30 leading growth companies in Asia by the “NextGen Tech 30 2026” awards. The announcement was made during an event at the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on September 30, 2026.
This award recognizes ANDPAD for its significant contributions to AI transformation (AX) and digital transformation (DX) in the construction industry. The assessment took into account the company’s growth potential and its impact on the sector across Asia.
Founded in 2016, ANDPAD started as a cloud-based construction project management service and has since become a key activity data platform, serving over 279,000 companies. The company’s services are rapidly evolving into a vertical AI data platform, with increased usage in construction sites throughout Asia, particularly in Vietnam. ANDPAD has partnered with large enterprises to enhance operational efficiency across the construction supply chain.
In December 2025, the company launched “ANDPAD Stellarc,” which focuses on creating and providing a suite of AI products tailored for the construction sector. This initiative reflects ANDPAD’s ongoing evolution as a vertical AI platform, addressing needs in new construction, maintenance, and asset repair.
Takeo Inada, CEO of ANDPAD, expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating, “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the committee for selecting ANDPAD as one of Asia’s leading growth companies. This award acknowledges the track record and strong growth we have achieved over the 10 years since the launch of our service. As the operator of a construction-industry AI data platform, we will continue to contribute to solving challenges and improving productivity not only in Japan but also across Asia, the United States and other regions through rapid AI development and customer support.”
