SYDNEY, Australia, Oct. 14, 2026 — GMEX Robotics Corporation (NASDAQ: GMEX) has completed the acquisition of a 30% equity stake in Alpha Meta AI Pte. Ltd., which operates under MediaMeta.Ai. This deal secures GMEX exclusive access to MediaMeta’s technology and capabilities, aimed at enhancing GMEX’s Terminal + Brain (Intelligence) platform.
The strategic acquisition allows GMEX the option to increase its stake and potentially become the controlling shareholder of MediaMeta. The consideration for this transaction includes a mix of 15% cash and 85% GMEX common shares, maintaining the company’s valuation while enabling the founding team of MediaMeta to align their long-term interests with GMEX shareholders through a 24-month lockup on the shares issued.
MediaMeta specializes in digital content, artificial intelligence applications, and optimization for generative engines. Through this collaboration, GMEX aims to integrate MediaMeta’s social intelligence models—designed to enhance AI’s understanding of human relationships and behavioral patterns—within its robotics and automation solutions. This combination is expected to facilitate the development of systems that can adapt their operations to human and environmental contexts.
“MediaMeta’s social intelligence technology is an important component of our vision for machines that better understand the people around them,” said Sam Lu, CEO of GMEX Robotics. He emphasized the immediate collaboration between the two companies, focusing on integrating these capabilities into GMEX’s platform for practical applications.
The companies plan to begin their joint initiatives by identifying key integration priorities that suit distinct market segments, including consumer, transportation and logistics, industrial automation, and resources exploration.
The definitive agreement for this acquisition was established on July 28, 2026, and closing was contingent on certain conditions being met. An amendment to this agreement was executed on October 14, confirming the deal’s finalization under the specified terms.
In addition to this acquisition, GMEX is actively seeking further expansion opportunities in the United States, targeting businesses that possess complementary technologies to support growth and operational synergies. However, GMEX has no current binding agreements for any new acquisitions.
GMEX Robotics focuses on developing and commercializing AI-driven robotics and automation solutions across various sectors, while MediaMeta is dedicated to enhancing AI capabilities for interpreting human behavior.
