Currently serving as Chief Client Officer, he has played a key role in managing significant client relationships and contributing to business growth in both Japanese and international markets.

“Production is playing an increasingly strategic role in the marketing ecosystem,” stated Sergio Lopez, CEO of Omnicom Production. He underscored the expertise and innovation that Matsuzaki and other leaders will bring to the company, aimed at accelerating growth and strengthening client partnerships.
Melissa Chan, CEO of OCX APAC and Representative Director of OCX Japan, expressed confidence in Matsuzaki’s leadership. “Hiroyuki brings a rare combination of deep local market expertise, international perspective, and collaborative leadership,” she said.
Chan also emphasized that Matsuzaki’s understanding of client needs and the business landscape positions him well to guide OCX Japan amid ongoing technological advancements reshaping content production and delivery.
Matsuzaki will work alongside Kazo Kano, CFO, and Sean Wood, COO, in his new position. He expressed enthusiasm about taking on the leadership role during a pivotal time for the industry.
“Our focus moving forward will be on bringing together our strengths, embracing emerging technologies, and innovative production models while delivering exceptional value for our clients,” Matsuzaki said. He aims to build on the existing successes of OCX Japan and lead the team into its next growth phase.
Rhone’s tenure was noted for establishing a solid foundation for OCX Japan and contributing to the company’s wider growth in Asia. As OCX Japan prepares for its next chapter, the company is focused on leveraging its talented workforce and capabilities to capitalize on new market opportunities.
